The organization lacked a centralized solution for customer data, one product catalog, and the ability to create customer-facing proposals. “The client followed a conventional method of producing rate cards and pricing information on spreadsheets, which hindered efficient quote and contract generation by the sales team,” explains Wrocherinsky.
